These terms govern your use of luxviptransportation.com and the transportation services we provide. By booking, you agree to them.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when we issue a confirmation by phone, email or through the app. Requests submitted online are not confirmed until we respond.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — pickup address, time, passenger and luggage counts, and flight details. Incorrect details are the most common cause of a failed pickup.

Pricing

Rates are quoted before travel and fixed for the trip as described. Changes on the day — additional stops, extended waiting, a different destination, or a vehicle change — may alter the final price. Tolls, parking and airport fees may be added where incurred.

Quoted rates include a standard gratuity unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation windows depend on the vehicle reserved. The deadline that applies to your booking is stated on your confirmation, which is the controlling document.

Sedans and SUVs — may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Sprinters, party limos, mini coaches and buses — carry longer cancellation windows, as the vehicle and driver are scheduled in advance. The applicable deadline is stated on your confirmation, or available from dispatch on 239-908-0831.
Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings — the cancellation terms set out in the written quotation for that booking apply in place of the above.

Cancellations inside the applicable window may be charged in full. Changes to a reservation are subject to availability and are not treated as a cancellation where the pickup date is unchanged.

All times refer to the scheduled pickup time shown on your confirmation, in Eastern Time.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups we track your flight and do not charge for delays caused by the airline. For all other pickups, a reasonable grace period applies, after which waiting time is charged at the rate on your confirmation.

Our Obligations and Limits

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle and chauffeur booked, on time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, or acts of government.

Where we fail to provide the service booked, our liability is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for consequential losses, including missed flights, missed sailings or missed events.

If your travel is time-critical, build in buffer. Our recommended departure times already do.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must wear seat belts. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited in all vehicles. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

Our chauffeurs may end a trip where a passenger is abusive, threatening, or behaving unsafely. No refund is due in that case.

Damage to a vehicle caused by a passenger, including excessive cleaning required after a trip, will be charged.

Luggage and Property

Vehicle capacity limits apply and are published on our fleet overview. We are not liable for property left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return it.

Child Passengers

Child seats are provided free on request and must be requested in advance with the child's age and weight. Florida law governs child restraint requirements and we will not carry a child without appropriate restraint.
