As early as you have a date. December weekends and New Year's Eve are popular dates for group vehicles in the 2026 season. Send a quote request with your date and headcount and we will confirm availability.
How much does holiday transportation cost?
Every holiday booking is quoted for the trip itself: the vehicle, the hours, the number of stops and the pickup points. Request a quote online or call us and we will send it promptly.
Can you pick up our team from more than one location?
Yes. Tell us each pickup address when you request a quote. We plan the route and the timing so everyone arrives together, and we take them home the same way.
Which vehicles work for a company holiday party?
For small groups, a Cadillac Escalade or Chevy Suburban. For teams, the Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter or the Party Limo Sprinter. For larger parties, the Mini Coach or Full Size Bus. Several vehicles can be booked together for one event.
