Office
150 Aviation Drive S, Suite 200 Naples, FL 34104 Inside the Naples Airport (APF)
Being on the field is the point: when an aircraft lands early or a flight diverts, our dispatch desk is minutes from the ramp rather than an hour up I-75.
Hours
Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Flights land at every hour and so do we.
For accounts, invoicing and corporate agreements, normal business hours are the best time to reach the right person.
The Fastest Way to Book
Call 239-908-0831. For anything time-sensitive — a flight landing today, a car needed within the hour — phone us. It is faster than any form, and you will speak to a dispatcher who can confirm immediately.
Reserve online. For advance bookings, use the reservation form — it captures everything we need and is confirmed within minutes.
What to Have Ready
It helps to have these to hand:
- Pickup address and destination
- Date and time
- Passenger count and luggage count — both, honestly; they determine the vehicle
- Flight number or tail number, if an airport transfer
- Child seat requirements and the children's ages
- Any accessibility needs
Corporate Accounts
To open an account with central billing, cost coding and authorised bookers, call 877-737-1589 ext. 3 or 239-908-0831.
Flight Crews and Handlers
Operators and handlers arranging crew or passenger transport at Naples Airport (APF), Marco Island Executive (MKY) or Page Field (FMY) can reach dispatch directly on 239-908-0831.
