This policy covers the Lux VIP Transportation passenger app for iOS and Android. Use of our website is covered by our main Privacy Policy.

What the App Collects

Account information: name, phone number, email address, and saved travel preferences.

Reservation data: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight details, and trip history.

Location data: with your permission, to set your pickup point accurately and to show your assigned vehicle approaching. See below.

Payment information: handled by our payment provider. Full card details are not stored in the app.

Device and diagnostic data: device model, operating system version, app version and crash reports, used to fix faults.

Location Permissions

Location is used to suggest your pickup address and to display the assigned vehicle's approach.

You can decline location access and still use the app — you will enter addresses manually instead. You can change the permission at any time in your device settings, and you can choose "while using the app" rather than "always".

How We Use It

To dispatch a vehicle and chauffeur, keep you informed of its status, process payment, provide receipts and trip history, and improve app reliability.

Sharing

With the chauffeur assigned to your trip, limited to what is needed to complete it. With our reservation platform and payment processor. With analytics and crash-reporting providers, to keep the app working. Where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Notifications

The app can send notifications about your reservation — chauffeur assigned, vehicle approaching, trip complete. You can disable notifications in your device settings; disabling them does not affect your booking.

Retention and Deletion

Account and trip data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax, insurance and legal purposes.

To delete your account and associated data, call 239-908-0831, or use the account deletion option in the app where available. We will confirm when it is done.
